Mekelle University through the support of the Office of One Health Central and Eastern Africa (OHCEA) Office USAID Funded Project based at College of Veterinary Medicine has conducted a one day workshop aiming at Orientation faculty of college of health sciences and veterinary medicine on one health curriculum integration on December 17/2017.

This orientation workshop is the continuation of the training of trainers (ToT) training on one health curriculum integration held at Wukro last year August, 2017.

During this orientation workshop 32 faculty from college of veterinary medicine, environmental health, Public health, nursing, pharmacy, medicine and mid wives were participated to jointly work together on various one health related curriculums to solve the challenges at the human-animal and environment interfaces.

This workshop was facilitated by Drs. Getachew Redae from Environmental health, Drs. Abreha Tesfay and Berihun Afera from College of veterinary medicine.
